Dissertation Similarity Percentage

Just submitted my dissertation (we're allowed resubmissions on Turnitin) and the similarity is 20%. I just went through all 100+ matches and they are all >1% aside from 5 sources which are 1%. The only two things I am concerned about are one where I reported values used to interpret a test and my sentence is the exact same as some website's that I have never visited.
